Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is seen on a television screen in the State Department briefing room in Washington, Friday, June 10, 2015. After six hours of tense, sometimes emotional testimony, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee rejected Clinton's recommendation to authorize her department to negotiate a deal to close the Guantanamo Bay prison for terror suspects. In the end, the panel rejected, in a 6-5 party-line vote, Clinton's request to renew a controversial key provision that granted sweeping new powers to the nation's top diplomat. (AP 0b46394aab
