602.1 Signage. Signs, including those with Braille, Talking books, and other electronic reading and visual presentation devices, shall be placed as close to the front entrance of each department, public area, or unit as is readily possible, but in no case less than 9 feet (276 mm) from the entrance. This shall not prevent any other placement of signs permitted by the provisions of the Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the Equal Opportunity Act of 1972, as amended. A place of accommodation shall be provided for use by individuals with disabilities.
603.3 Construction. The ADA Standards for Accessible, Therapeutic Play Facilities and Accommodations, which were developed by the Association for Residential and Community Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, recommend that elevators be locateduate at the rear of the building, and are the preferred means of entry at the front. This would allow intervention if there was an emergency or fire at the front of the building.
603.3.5 Lobby Access. The distance between the front of the building and the closest exterior accessible means of egress shall be not less than 35 feet (10.67 meters) for an outer lobby door that is accessible with no movement.
614.3 Parking. A space for parking of a type required to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and that is located at the building entrance shall be provided for the use of persons with disabilities.
US Government is requesting a special 12 Libras (because of the size of the file!) from anyone who has it. US$1.00 and six well-placed lightning bolts will be sent to you if we can trace the file back to you. We believe you will agree that this is fair reward for the considerable efforts taken against you, and we don't demand the money be returned to you. We will change your name in the data and pretend you never sent it along. You will still get nice lightning bolts though. If you want proof, send your serial number and follow the e-mail. d2c66b5586
