We will normally make a donation of £5 per party, however this is strictly at the discretion of the party host. Please advise us if you are going to pay a party host for a donation. We are a not-for-profit community-based organisation and donations are welcomed to help us continue to provide such a service for the community.
If you are planning a party for family, friends or work colleagues please ensure that you inform us if you are bringing a significant amount of guests, as this may change the timings of other members of staff. Parties will be held once we are notified and guests are due to arrive.
If you are having a private party, please keep in mind that the chances are we will be operating the play frame and it will be a very busy party, so if you bring in lots of inflatables, you may be asked to store them in the garden or on a nearby table. They may go on the fire escape roof if there is space there.
If you are planning a party and require a cake, we can provide a cake for £25 if you provide the cake and ingredients. If you are hiring a clown, we can provide a clown for £10. If you require balloons, please advise so we can allocate the funds appropriately.
Please note that parties are not allowed to use the play frame without an adult to supervise them. It is a great way to keep your child occupied and entertained. We are happy to offer family-friendly features such as face-painting and balloon twisters. If your child is ready to start visiting the play frame on their own, we would advise you to sit them down on the floor in front of the play frame and use a dry erase marker to write their names, ages and favourite things. This will ensure they have plenty of fun and that they can easily remember to come back to the play frame.
Our sausages are sold by the kilo so the meat scales to the appropriate weight for your catering order. If you would like to get a discount and buy sausages by the kilo, please contact us before ordering.
